Angelo Ferrarin
(1814 - 1884)

In 1845, the Ferrarin family, from an agrarian background, became owners of a considerable amount of land in Thiene with a seventeenth-century villa which belonged to the Fabretti family. Angelo, who was the second son of Francesco, followed his father there and laid the foundations of the wool mill which still bears his name today.
He was particularly concerned about his landed interests, closely followed the initial developing phases of the family business and furthered its expansion by improving the quality of the product.
